嘗試以各種在地食材去發想，從基礎餡料製作開始，帶領學員認識並了解食材從處理到完成的過程，並將自製餡料透過烘焙，製成各樣精緻點心。藉上課互動方式認識西點製作技巧與種類，並以創意融入傳統西點製作，以健康概念出發減少添加物，取材當地縮短食物里程，發揚地方特色農產。
