解鎖水雉：生態、AI與公民的N種實踐 狀態未知

本課程以美濃湖水雉棲地的保育經驗為實際案例，引導同學理解在地行動所需的完整過程，從公民倡議、資料累積，到串聯政府、民間與企業的資源。授課理念是「從理解到實踐」，期望同學認識具公共性的補助機制，並實際學習如何將想法發展成可執行的「計畫書」，包含閱讀簡章、擬定提案與編寫預算。課程也會坦誠分享執行時曾遇到的現實難題，與同學練習公共行動時，自主參與、整合資源與解決問題的能力。
