著重熟悉CNC數控設備（CNC車銑複合、CNC銑床）及機械手臂操作訓練，結合工程圖面判讀、機械製造/量測與氣壓理論知識等，能自主分析加工方式、切削參數與製程，並編寫CNC加工程式、機械手臂程式，獨立完成產品製造。

<h2>一、訓後職能</h2>
<p>
能暸解機械加工相關基礎知識，從工作圖面判讀、刀具選用、切削參數設定到加工流程規劃，配合夾治具設計進行夾持應用，
並能獨自完成CNC程式編寫與機台操作，完成精密零件成品之要求。此外亦能了解工業型機械手臂系統操作、程式設計、視覺系統整合應用，
並配合氣壓元件原理知識，可達到智動化產線上所要求之技術能力。

<h2>二、訓後就業職缺</h2>

<li>精密機械相關產業公司從事零組件加工等工作。</li>
<li>CNC車或CNC銑床操作與程式設計工作。</li>
<li>機械手臂操作與自動化產線之應用工作。</li>

(2)學術科(1158小時)：一、 機械加工法、機械元件與圖學、精密量測、電腦輔助設計與製造(CAD/CAM)。
二、 機械加工實習(車削、銑削、鑽削)、夾治具設計與造製實習、CNC車床實習、CNC切削中心機實習、機械手臂系統實習(含視覺系統與氣壓概論)。
三、 1.資格符合者輔導參加CNC銑床_乙級技術士技能檢定。
2.機械手臂應用能力符合者將頒發代理商所認可的六軸機械手臂操作與編程之能力認證書。
