"value": "自古以來，人文聚落逐水而居、因水得益而興，發展為城市過程中必然有水文脈絡的存在，人類的發展離不開水源，越大的水文脈絡越能奠定一個城市的基礎、決定一個都市的規模。而大大小小的水圳陂塘更是創造臺北在悠久的農業時代繁榮與奠定現代化發展的重要基礎，也是現代都市水利調節的重要關鍵。\n\n僅管都市重劃與建設發展的變動下，讓曾經數百年來先民拓墾仰賴的灌溉及生活用水，已變更為都市防洪排水的用途，架橋修路築堤等行為，將大量水圳河道截彎取直甚至加蓋而失去水景樣貌。\n\n但人終究是離不開水，在逐漸惡化的都市熱島效應以及生態廊道崩壞的現況下。信義社區大學結合地方文史學者，透過資料、田調、走讀，為信義地方知識之發展持續投入心力。\n\n我們規劃出信義區獨特專屬的四條水文路線，透過水文化導覽志工培訓課程，培育在地優秀的導覽志工、種子師資。我們致力於發掘並推廣這片土地的歷史文化，希望透過有志者的加入，讓這些珍貴的資產得以被珍惜，並成為推廣信義知識學特色的重要推手，古老故事的傳唱者。"
